Chloe is an hypnotherapist in the London area. She has a list of Products that she sells:

  • online sessions
  • bundles for multiple sessions
  • DVD with advice to help your well-being

Her clients find her mainly through her website and recommendations from satisfied customers (word of mouth).

She has chosen a platform where clients can book sessions, order product. This plaform also takes care of accepting payments as most or the services are paid during the booking process.

So where does Apptoinvoice help?

Well, we provide support for the cancellation process. If a client attends the session that was paid for in advance, or cancels a session after it became non refundable, there is not much that Chloe needs. The current process works well and is easy to track.

If, however, a client cancels with sufficient notice and becomes entitled to a refund, the tracking process becomes more complex.

Apptoinvoice is helpful with the booking process deviates from the initial plan:

  • generate Credit Notes if a refund is required
  • track Payments for this refund
  • generates reports to correlate payments / invoices and credit notes
  • helps with sharing this information with your Accountant.

Note: If you have similar requirements and use a third-party provider to manage booking and payment of your product and services, contact us and mention the name of you provider. We have connectors to synchronise the information relevant for Apptoinvoice, and you won’t have to enter it again:
